My mother used to make yoghurt and I thought I would give it a try. I absolutely love the yoghurt and it’s so very easy to make! I calculated it’s basically free now because it’s so much cheaper than buying it in the store and so very much more environmentally friendly since I don’t have to use all those plastic tubs. I have two sisters and two friends also making yogurt. I strain the yoghurt to make it into Greek style and use the whey in smoothies, soups and broths. Let me know if you want a lesson!</p>
