I was going to say "Let it snow" but realized that is just a line from winter Wonderland! A lot of our Christmas music is about winter though.

For me it would be either the Hallelujah Chorus (which, funny enough, was actual written as an Easter piece) or Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24. I have played both pieces with RHLI Regimental and BCB. -
I've always like March of the Toys or Greensleeves for winter.

I love "In The Bleak Midwinter" even though many of the lyrics refer to Christmas. Good job Mr. Holst!
