There are a few typos, wording things, and some possibly confusing sections. The easy stuff I'll address here, and the more consequential things at the meeting.Mostly though, your minutes are accurate, well written and bring back clearly the aspects of the meeting I had forgotten. They also remind me of what I promised to do and forgot about!
Errors (IMHO)
Pg. 1 Executive Meeing Minutes - missing T.Pg. 2 Holiday gather - maybe should be gathering?
Pg. 3 VII) Gordon on - should be just Gordon.
Pg. 3 X) All references to Dundas Valley Orchestra (DVO) need to be corrected from Dundas Concert Orchestra (DCO) which is incorrect.
Pg. 3 Fall 2023 Subsection A ...Renate should be Renata.Pg. 4 III Winter 2024 Subsection A, second bullet point
Steven asked Exec... splitting the Christmas concert into two...
I thought it was the March concert that might get split as at small venue, Grace United.
There's some remaining ambiguity in this section, about Christmas and winter concerts. I'll probably mention this section at the meeting as it's the most open to interpretationPg. 5 top "...guests in out concert." Should be our
Pg. 6 Dan's address is 2027 Edinburgh Drive.
I hope this saves a bunch of time at the meeting! And, bonus, I printed and posted the old 2018 member survey on the forum, thanks to being reminded of it in the minutes.

Thanks Jane. I’ve made the changes and will repost after the meeting. The mixup over the March and Christmas concerts being split needs to be discussed and perhaps further clarified at our meeting tonight. Kathryn

@KChirametli @cliftonjv just in advance - it's the March concert that would be doubled - afternoon and evening. Christmas is one show.
