If we disregard musical ability, I would love to play with the London Symphony Orchestra. As well as playing concerts of all the greats, under the baton of the best conductors of the world, they record a large amount of film scores for Hollywood, which would be great fun.
If we're being realistic about playing ability, I would love to be involved in any mass wind band experience. I've never had a bad experience doing one. -
While I like @Dannomyte 's LSO, for me it would be the Boston Pops, hands down.
Aside from that, wouldn't it be great if we could get all the Halton wind bands together for one big spectacular? Yes, even the Top Hats Marching Orchestra!

@gordon To keep it local, I would like to play in the Burlington Symphony Orchestra (formerly Symphony on the Bay). But, I will need to take clarinet / flute lessons to be more skillful ...; only had one term on these instruments when I took the Mus. Ed. course at McMaster. With respect to a band ... perhaps the Silver Swing Band Burlington.

@gordon hmm...
If I could have played with another group, it would have been "Velvet Knights" out of Anaheim, CA. But sadly, they have folded due to financial mismanagement.
They were fun to watch, the shows entertaining.
You can see for yourself...
