What series would you recommend to a band mate looking for some summer binge-watching?

        • the Witcher

        • miss Maisel

I enjoyed Midnight Diner/Tokyo Stories. Kind of prepared us for the Games--Tokyo the biggest city in the world by pop., but with lots of little, local restaurants and other businesses. Simple menu including what I would think of as American-flavoured dishes--perhaps the influence of American GIs after the war.

Then proving how old-fashioned I am, I "discovered" Morse-Lewis-Endeavour. Morse "The Promised Land," a trip to Australia, I find a great, haunting piece of TV.

Asterisks indicates it was something we/I watched in entirety during the pandemic/breastfeeding sessions 😉 .
Comedy: Schitt's Creek*, The Good Place, Brooklyn Nine-Nine
Sci-Fi: Deep Space Nine*, The Expanse
                Drama: Broadchurch, The Crown
