Please correct the date on the minutes, it says October 24, 2019. It was Jan. 16, 2020.

I posted the update on our financial position to the forum last night, January 19, 2020, and I am glad that you have seen it. However, as it was not prepared or presented for the Jan. 16 meeting, I don't believe that it should appear in the minutes for Jan.16. At the very least, if you do put it in, it ought to be separated from the rest of the treasurer's report, as an addendum, and noted that it was not prepared until Jan. 19. It was not my intent that this update appear in the minutes, but I did want the executive to be aware of it.

@cliftonjv I read the treasurer's report just now -- appreciate the work you put in to prepare it. Interesting conclusions compared to 2018 year end...
